Senior Rare Book Conservator


Tina received her Master’s in History with a Concentration in Museum Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While earning her Master’s she interned with the Greensboro Historical Museum in North Carolina and The Museum of the Confederacy in Richmond, Virginia where she learned various aspects of collections care.

She has been with ECS since 1998 and received training from Don Etherington and other colleagues. She performs all aspects of conservation treatments such as restoration of bindings, all manner of text block treatments as well as cloth, leather, and vellum rebinds and custom enclosures. Tina strives to ensure that the level of conservation treatment she performs meets or exceeds client expectations. Further responsibilities include project management, staff training and client relations.
